Weartin provides a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Covered defects include:

  • Paint chipping or flaking under normal conditions
  • Welding failure (cracked joints, broken solder points)
  • Structural defects attributable to manufacturing (e.g., frame deformation not caused by external force)

Not covered:

  • Lenses — Lenses (including prescription, photochromic, polarized, and tinted lenses) are not covered under this warranty
  • Frame:
    • Damage caused by corrosive products (including but not limited to hairspray, alcohol, cosmetics, and other corrosive substances)
    • Damage caused by dropping, impact, or misuse
    • Bending or deformation from external force
    • Damage resulting from improper care, alteration, or unauthorized repair
    • Normal wear and tear (loose screws, minor adjustments)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
